The PS414-040-CG oil filter element adopts a multi-layer composite filter material structure, and its core filter layer is made of high-density synthetic fibers and resin impregnation process, which can intercept particles as small as 15um. Its uniquely designed spiral support skeleton not only enhances the structural strength, but also maintains a stable oil flow channel, and can still maintain a filtration efficiency of over 98% in extreme temperature difference environments.

Filtration accuracy: Adopting a multi-layer composite filter material structure, the nominal filtration accuracy is 15 μ m, which can efficiently intercept solid particles ≥ 15 μ m in oil.
Flow characteristics: The rated flow rate is 40L/min, and the maximum working flow rate can reach 60L/min. The pressure difference curve shows an initial pressure difference of ≤ 0.15MPa at the rated flow rate.
Temperature adaptability: Through -40 ℃ low-temperature brittleness test and 150 ℃ high-temperature aging test, the applicable range of medium viscosity is 10-400cSt.
