1. Low resistance and high flux, suitable for oil absorption conditions
With a large aperture of 180 μ m and a large folding filtration area, the flow resistance is extremely low. When installed at the oil pump suction port, it will not cause cavitation or insufficient oil supply. It can intercept welding slag, rust, and large debris from the source, directly protecting core components such as oil pump blades and plungers.
2. Can be cleaned and regenerated, with low long-term operation and maintenance costs
Stainless steel metal mesh is a surface filtration mechanism, and impurities will not be embedded inside the filter layer. It can be repeatedly used through compressed air reverse blowing and ultrasonic cleaning, significantly reducing long-term consumable procurement costs compared to disposable fiberglass filters.
3. Reliable structural strength and strong resistance to deformation
Thickened punched steel inner and outer support skeleton can withstand the negative pressure of oil pump suction and the impact of pipeline flow fluctuations. It is not easy to shrink, deform, or damage after long-term use, and prevents filtration failure caused by impurities leakage and short circuits.
4. Wide medium compatibility, suitable for harsh working conditions
304 stainless steel filter material is resistant to oil, hydrolysis, and corrosion, and can be adapted to various industrial fluids such as mineral oil, fire-resistant oil, emulsions, etc. It has outstanding stability in harsh environments with heavy oil pollution such as metallurgy, power plants, and mines.
