The 060 ACS Precision filter element adopts a gradient pore size design, with a pre filter layer, a main filter layer, and a support layer arranged in sequence from the outside to the inside. It can intercept particles larger than 5 μ m, and this design achieves a filtration efficiency of 99.98%, while controlling the initial pressure difference within 0.02 MPa, which is significantly better than traditional single-layer filters. Through surface hydrophobic treatment technology, fiber expansion caused by water molecule infiltration is effectively prevented.
