The L620 AA Precision filter element adopts advanced composite filter media, forming a unique gradient density structure. Enable the filter element to achieve step-by-step filtration, where large particles of pollutants are first intercepted by the outer layer, while smaller particles are captured in the inner layer. Compared with traditional single density filter cartridges, this gradient filtration method significantly improves filtration efficiency and pollutant holding capacity. The removal rate of particles above 0.1um is as high as 99.99%.

Working temperature: Stable operation in an environment of -20 ℃ to 80 ℃, and can withstand short-term high-temperature steam sterilization at 120 ℃. It can still maintain elasticity in a chemical environment with a pH value of 2-12.

Filtering accuracy: Designed with a multi-layer composite structure, the filtering accuracy can reach 0.1um, effectively intercepting 99.99% of particulate pollutants.

Chemical tolerance: Can withstand most organic solvents such as methanol, acetone, and mineral oil media.
